1. Data controller

LinkKeep is published by Rahman Yilmaz, micro-entrepreneur (SIRET 94377576700016, RCS Chalon-sur-Saône 943775767), based in France. For any privacy-related question: support@sudo-rahman.fr.

2. Scope

This policy covers the LinkKeep website and the LinkKeep app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It describes what data is processed, for which purposes, and your GDPR rights.

3. Data processed by the app

User content (links, categories, folders) — stored on your device and, depending on your Apple settings, in your personal iCloud account.
No user account server operated by the publisher — LinkKeep does not create user accounts on publisher-managed infrastructure.
No biometric data is transmitted — Face ID, Touch ID, and system authentication are handled by Apple operating systems and remain on your device.
No app analytics or tracking SDKs — the LinkKeep app does not include publisher-operated analytics or tracking SDKs.
System permissions — the app can only access resources you explicitly authorize (files, shares, notifications).

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). The publisher does not have access to your banking information.

5. Data processed by the website

Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp), retained by the hosting provider for security and operations.
Language preference — a short-lived functional cookie may be set to remember your selected language.
Website analytics — when configured, the website uses Umami to measure page views, referrers, browser and device information, events, and performance metrics.
No advertising scripts — the website does not use third-party advertising scripts.

6. Legal basis and retention

Technical log processing is based on legitimate interest for security and service operation. Website analytics are based on legitimate interest to understand usage and improve the website. Log and analytics retention periods depend on the hosting and analytics provider settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR)
