2. Scope

This policy covers the LinkKeep website and the LinkKeep app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It describes what data is processed, for which purposes, and your GDPR rights.

3. Data processed by the app

• User content (links, categories, folders) — stored on your device and, depending on your Apple settings, in your personal iCloud account.
• No user account server operated by the publisher — LinkKeep does not create user accounts on publisher-managed infrastructure.
• No biometric data is transmitted — Face ID, Touch ID, and system authentication are handled by Apple operating systems and remain on your device.
• Keine Analyse- oder Tracking-SDKs in der App — die LinkKeep-App enthält keine vom Herausgeber betriebenen Analyse- oder Tracking-SDKs.
• System permissions — the app can only access resources you explicitly authorize (files, shares, notifications).

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). The publisher does not have access to your banking information.

5. Data processed by the website

• Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp), retained by the hosting provider for security and operations.
• Language preference — a short-lived functional cookie may be set to remember your selected language.
• Website-Analyse — wenn konfiguriert, verwendet die Website Umami, um Seitenaufrufe, Referrer, Browser- und Geräteinformationen, Ereignisse und Leistungsmetriken zu messen.
• Keine Werbeskripte — die Website verwendet keine Werbeskripte von Drittanbietern.
