Terms of Service — LinkKeep

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the LinkKeep app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

LinkKeep grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes 1 category (Favorites) and up to 10 bookmarks. The developer reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable advance notice.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings in the App Store.
No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or as offered by Apple.
Price changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. User Content

Your bookmarks and categories are your own. The developer claims no rights over your content. Your data is stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app. You may not use the app for automated scraping or any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no warranty regarding uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

10. Changes

The developer may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via App Store release notes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
