LinkKeep is published by Rahman Yilmaz, micro-entrepreneur (SIRET 94377576700016, RCS Chalon-sur-Saône 943775767), based in France. For any privacy-related question: support@sudo-rahman.fr.

2. Scope

This policy covers the LinkKeep website and the LinkKeep mobile app (iPhone/iPad). It describes what data is processed, for which purposes, and your GDPR rights.

3. Data processed by the mobile app

• User content (links, categories, folders) — stored on your device and, depending on your Apple settings, in your personal iCloud account.
• No user account server operated by the publisher — LinkKeep does not create user accounts on publisher-managed infrastructure.
• No biometric data is transmitted — Face ID / Touch ID is handled by iOS and remains on your device.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are integrated by the publisher.
• System permissions — the app can only access resources you explicitly authorize (files, shares, notifications).

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). The publisher does not have access to your banking information.

5. Data processed by the website

• Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp), retained by the hosting provider for security and operations.
• Language preference — a short-lived functional cookie may be set to remember your selected language.
• No third-party advertising or tracking scripts are used.

6. Legal basis and retention

Technical log processing is based on legitimate interest (security and service operation). Log retention periods depend on the hosting provider's policy.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, within the limits of actual processing performed. To exercise your rights, contact support@sudo-rahman.fr.
